How long should I boil an egg?

"To hard cook eggs in their shells, place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan. Add enough cold tap water to come at least 1-inch above the eggs. Cover the pan and quickly bring the water just to boiling. Turn off the heat and let the eggs stand, covered, 12 minutes for medium-size eggs, 15 minutes for large eggs and 18 minutes for extra-large eggs. Instead of turning the heat off, you can turn the heat very low and barely simmer the eggs for the same length of time. Immediately run cold tap water over eggs, tap shells gently all over and peel eggs under running water. Refrigerate within two hours. Note that extremely fresh eggs will be difficult to peel, so it's best to hard cook eggs that have been in the refrigerator for several weeks. Hard cooked eggs will be safe in the refrigerator for 7 days."

Berapa lama sih seharusnya waktu yg tepat tuk merebus telur?

Kebanyakan org sih pasti berpikiran sambil lalu

*Ah,, slama ini sih gak pernah aku menitin, yg penting lama dan pastilah matang,, masa bodo dengan waktunya*

Tetapi,, sebenarnya memasak telur hingga matang itu penting lo! 

Nah,, yuk kita simak bagaimana caranya yang benar:

1. Saat merebus telur, pastikan telur direbus dengan hanya 1 lapisan (tidak bertumpuk tumpuk)

2. Pastikan semua telur terendam dengan air

3. Rebus deh!

4. 12 menit untuk telur yang sedang (sedang-sedang saja ^^), 15 menit utk telur yang besar (big), 18 menit utk telur yang sangat besar (ukuran XL nihhh heheheh)

5. Nah setelah mateng bisa dimakan dehhh

6. eitssss, jangan lupa dikupas dulu ya bro,, ntar jadi keloloden...
